HAPPY CAMPUS Reservation Policy

Booking Confirmation:

The reservation is considered confirmed only after signing the Rental Contract, receiving the deposit/guarantee and paying the rent.

Warranty:

It is necessary to pay a deposit/guarantee upon signing the Rental Contract.

The guarantee can be refundable or non-refundable depending on the specific terms of the Rental Contract.

Terms of payment:

The Rent is paid in RON equivalent (RON), calculated at the leu/euro exchange rate communicated by the BNR and valid on the day of invoicing, at the terms stipulated in the Rental Contract. Payments can be made by bank transfer. The payment of the Rent and any part thereof and/or the default damages and/or the interest damages and/or any such sums due under the Contract shall be made by transfer to the account stipulated in the Rental Contract.

Duration of the Contract/Stay:

The contract is valid ("Duration of the Contract"/"Stay") and begins to run from the date of signing the The handover/Receiving report, according to the Rental Contract.

Accommodation Conditions:

With the acquisition of the right of access to the building and the right of use over the Rented Space, the Tenant undertakes to comply with the Hall Rules and Regulation, in the form it will have on the signing date.

The Hall Rules and Regulation establishes mandatory principles for the residents of the Building, for their harmonization, safety, stability and comfort, regarding coexistence, use and maintenance of the Building.

The following services are included in the Rent value:

- Cable Internet, guaranteed speed 2MB/s;

- Cable television - 65 TV programs;

- A complete cleaning/week. Includes: complete vacuuming, floor washing, window washing, sanitary ware washing, dusting, dish washing;

- Daily cleaning in common spaces;

- Security provided 24 hours a day: contract with a security company, panic button, electronic access control system and permanent video surveillance.

The Rent does NOT include the costs related to the utilities provided in the Rented Space and all the common spaces of the Building.

Required documents:

To complete the reservation, documents such as a copy of the identity card, passport, residence permit, etc. are required.

Changes to the Booking:

Any change to the reservation must be notified and sent to the Manager.

Changes may incur additional costs depending on their nature.

Conclusion of the Contract:

Signing the rental contract is mandatory for occupying the building/apartment.

By making the reservation, you confirm that you have read and understood the HAPPY CAMPUS SRL Reservation Policy and you agree to comply with all the provisions stipulated in the Rental Contract and the Hall Rules and Regulation.
